As part of the ZAP-Hosting Dev Team, I am responsible for the full-stack development and maintenance of our systems and infrastructure. This includes our website and backend server infrastructure, designed to provide the best possible experience for our customers in the server hosting industry.

As a part of the ZAP-Hosting Team, I perform a wide variety of tasks and manage various projects across the company. From managing our documentation site to programming projects, managing Community-centric events & programs, producing creative work such as social posts and so much more... I always strive for excellence. This role was integral in growing a variety of skills including leadership and teamwork, alongside a massive range of technical skills such as programming, graphical design, (cloud) server system integration and project management. I have strengthened my experience with various languages, tools, frameworks and services with key examples including JavaScript, Java, Lua, Git, Node.js, React.js/Docusaurus, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, Cloudflare, Adobe Cloud apps (PSD/XD/AI/PR) and much more.

In order to make the census successful, my job was to encourage and ensure that people complete their online or paper Census 2021 questionnaires. I was given daily workloads of household addresses which I had to visit and communicate with the household owners. I had to work independently, as well as with a team or manager to ensure that all people received the necessary support to complete their questionnaire. Occasionally, I was required to be confident and engaging to residents that had an objection to filling the questionnaire and had to ensure excellent customer service skills.
